Visitation Request Form

Public visitation is held:
- Sundays 1:00pm-4:00pm (last scheduled visit starts at approximately 3:20)
- Mondays 6:35pm-8:15pm (last scheduled visit starts at approximately 7:45)
- Wednesdays 6:35pm-8:15pm (last scheduled visit starts at approximately 7:45)
- Saturdays 7:00am-10:00 am (last scheduled visit starts at approximately 9:20)

Visitors must make an appointment by filling out and submitting the Visitation Request Form at least 12 hours in advance of the requested 30 minute visit.

There can be up to 3 visitors for one visit but still only one 30 minute visit total per week, which starts on Sunday. If filling out the form for more than one visitor, all information for each visitor must be filled out completely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The visitation appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from an officer at the Iowa County Sheriff's Office. The email will confirm your appointment has been made with the date and time of the visit.
